Requirements – State of Florida
Exhibitors are subject to all applicable Florida laws regarding sales and use tax. It is the exhibitor’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws.
AMI/USA is unable to give you legal or tax advice, so we suggest you contact your tax advisor or the State of Florida with any questions you may have.

Table Sharing
Sharing or subleasing of tables is not permitted.
Table Location
AMI/USA will determine the assignment of all vendor tables. AMI/USA reserves the right to change a table location once assigned if such a change is considered by AMI/USA to be important to the effective functioning of the event.
Indemnity and Liability
AMI/USA shall not be held liable for uncontrollable incidents such as fire, strike, natural disasters or terrorists' activities which may cause the Event to be delayed or cancelled. The Exhibitors assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless AMI/USA and its agents against any and all claims, loss, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses or damage (including attorney fees) for any injury to, including deaths of persons, and any property loss or damages caused by, growing out of, or happening in conjunction with the planning, set up, execution, and closing of the exhibit being displayed on the property of the hotel, arising out of the negligence or willful misconduct of said Exhibitor its agents or employees and/or contractors/vendors contracted by the Exhibitors; and/or the display, use, or sale of any product or item used, displayed, or sold by Exhibitor or its agents or employees at the AMI/USA conference.
Business liability insurance is required for all exhibitors. Limits must be no less than $1 million. Your business insurance provider may give you a COI (ACCORD25) at little or no cost. If you do not have insurance, you may purchase temporary coverage. AMI/USA will provide you with a link to secure temporary coverage.
Cancellation of the Event
AMI/USA reserves the right to cancel the Event, in whole or in part, and will notify Exhibitors in writing should this occur. If AMI/USA cancels the portion of the Event that affects Exhibitors, AMI/USA will refund the full amount of fees paid by the exhibitor to AMI/USA.
Payment
Payment in full is required prior to the event. Options:

Special Accommodation Request
Requests regarding ADA or dietary needs must be made by January 15, 2027. Please contact events@amiusa.org with details of your needs.
Photo Use
Your photo may be taken during the 2027 Montessori Experience: Refresher Courses and More and may be posted online or in printed material. Attendance at this event is consent for photo release.
Hotel Information
We strongly encourage you to make hotel reservations while you apply to exhibit, as accommodations fill up very far in advance. Use this link.
Cancellation Policy
Fifty percent (50%) of the exhibit fees paid will be refunded, provided that written cancellation is received via email to AMI/USA by 12/18/26. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date. All cancellation notices should be sent to events@amiusa.org.
