If your school or organization is covering the cost for more than one participant, our group registration process makes it easy to coordinate payment and keep everything organized.

Registration Dates

Early Bird: May 11, 2026 - September 19, 2026

Standard: September 20, 2026 - January 31, 2027 

After January 31, 2027 - registration based on availability and approval.

Registration Rates

Member: Early Bird = $648 | Standard = $698

Non-Member: Early Bird = $800 | Standard = $850

Make sure your membership is current through the event end date. Not a member yet? Add AMI/USA membership before registration to receive the discounted rate and other member benefits. If you need to pay for a group, use the Guest option.

Payment Options

  • Pay Online - during registration.

  • Pay by Check - sent to Association Montessori International/USA - PO Box 34910, Alexandria, VA 22334-4910

  • Pay by Transfer (ACH) - Truist Bank Routing #061000104 Account #1000176485653

  • Pay by Invoice - schools may submit a purchase order with payment terms of Net 30, to receive pricing in effect that date.

  • Pay by Payment Plan - contact AMI/USA to make arrangements.

    • Convenience fees not included if submitting payment by check or transfer
