If your school or organization is covering the cost for more than one participant or a full team, our group registration process makes it easy to coordinate payment and keep everything organized.

How It Works

  1. Complete the Group Submission Form
    The group leader or billing contact submits the form with the names and contact information of everyone your school or organization will be paying for.

  2. Members Register Individually
    Once the form is submitted, each person registers for The Montessori Experience using their own email address, no need to wait for confirmation.

  3. We Link Your Registrations
    This ensures all participants are connected to your group’s invoice and have access to The Montessori Experience event app (Whova). Invitations are sent about one month before the event.
