Cancellation and Refund Policies
Requests for refunds for conference registrations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). Membership fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations will be honored within 30 days of registration and requests for refunds made up to December 1, 2026, will be refunded 90% of the registration fee paid with 10% maintained for processing.
There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after December 1, 2026.
Registration Transfer Policy
Registration may be transferred from one staff member to another within the same school by contacting the AMI/USA office prior to January 30, 2027. We are unable to offer transfer of paid registrations for one year to the next year. Membership fees are non-transferable.

Pay by Invoice - schools may submit a purchase order with payment terms of Net 30, to receive pricing in effect that date.
Pay by Payment Plan - contact AMI/USA to make arrangements.
Convenience fees not included if submitting payment by check or transfer (ACH).
Certificates
After the conference, a link to the certificate request form will be provided. You must complete this form to request a certificate. Certificates will not be sent out automatically; the form must be completed. Attendees must attend the full session to receive their certificate.
Continuing Education Credits
After the event, Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) will be available for a fee. Please note CEUs will only be issued for your live participation during the conference weekend from February 12-14, 2027. A link and more information will be provided to all registrants after the conference.
Memberships
AMI/USA memberships must be current through Sunday, February 14, 2027, to receive the member rate. Membership fees can be submitted before registering to receive the member rate.
Special Accommodation Request
Requests regarding ADA or dietary needs must be made by January 15, 2027. Please contact events@amiusa.org with details of your needs.
Photo Use
Your photo may be taken during the 2027 Montessori Experience: Refresher Courses and More and may be posted online or in printed material. Attendance at this event is consent for photo release.
Speaker Policy
AMI/USA reserves the right to replace speakers who are unable to attend or to cancel presentations if necessary.

Thursday, February 11, 2027: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 13, 2027: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
