Cancellation and Refund Policies
Requests for refunds for conference registrations and/or hotel room deposits must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and per the policy below:

  • Conference registrations - cancellation requests received by January 16, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid. Requests made between January 16 and February 6, 2026 will be refunded 25% of the registration fee paid. No refunds for cancellations after February 6, 2026. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Registration Transfer Policy
Registration may be transferred from one staff member to another within the same school by contacting the AMI/USA office prior to Friday, January 16, 2026. Membership fees are non-transferable.

Certificates
After the conference, a link to the certificate request form will be provided. Certificates will not be sent automatically; the form must be completed. Attendees must attend the full session to receive their certificate.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
CEUs will be available through Loyola University Maryland's Center for Montessori Education for a fee. CEUs will only be issued for live participation during the conference weekend (February 13–15, 2026). A link and more information will be provided after the conference.

Memberships
AMI/USA membership must be current through Sunday, February 15, 2026.
If your membership expires prior to February 15, 2026, registration will default to the non-member rate. Membership can be added during registration.

Special Accommodation Requests
ADA or other special needs must be completed via the Wild Apricot registration platform. For changes, email events@amiusa.org with details by January 16, 2026.

Dietary Restrictions
Please complete dietary restrictions via the Wild Apricot registration platform. For changes, email events@amiusa.org by January 16, 2026.

Photo Use
Photos may be taken during the conference and used online or in printed material. Attendance constitutes consent for photo release.

Speaker Policy
AMI/USA reserves the right to replace speakers who are unable to attend or cancel presentations if necessary.

On-Site Registration
Fees accepted by credit card or check only.

  • Thursday, February 12, 2026: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

  • Friday, February 13, 2026: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, February 14, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
