From Support to Stewardship: The Assistant’s Practice in an Evolving Montessori Classroom
Step fully into your role as a confident, intentional steward of the primary classroom! Grounded in the principles of Maria Montessori, participants will explore how sharp observation, thoughtful presence, and precise support can transform the prepared environment into a space where children thrive. Through hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and reflective discussion, assistants will refine their practice, strengthen collaboration with guides, and bring grace, independence, and purpose to every moment in the classroom. Leave energized, equipped, and ready to carry Montessori’s legacy forward in today’s evolving learning environment.
