Libby Garrett
Libby Garrett is a PhD student in developmental psychology at the University of Virginia, advised by Professor Angeline Lillard. She has an AMI 3-6 diploma and 10 years of experience as a primary guide, including most recently in Milwaukee Public Schools. She holds a Master of Education from Loyola University Maryland, a Master of Music from Yale University, and Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University. Garrett has papers under review at Early Childhood Research Quarterly, Frontiers in Education, and Teachers and Teaching and has presented her research at the American Montessori Society conference and the Hunter Student Research Conference.
